Mentor Journal Entry

My objective is to make a tennis tournament that is fun for everyone with the purpose of bringing the tennis players in the community together and fundraising money for kids who don’t have the resources to play tennis.

Yes, very briefly so that they can understand the project better.

I’m going to have meetings with them and if we can’t meet then I will probably use WhatsApp since it’s the easiest/quickest way of communicating with them. I could also use e-mail.

I’m planning on asking them what are their expectations for the outcome of the tournament, what is their goal, and what do they expect from me during the process of this project.

The expectations are that everything comes out well and that my project is successful. My expectation is that a lot of people participate in the event that I make and that this will fundraise enough money to help the children.
