Talk about how it has made you grow and develop as a learner.
Asking these questions I have learned that many people share the same qualities and don’t at the same time. My mentor shares their criticism and feedback implicitly not like I do where I would be straight up. This taught me to be more open minded and be more cautious when it comes to looking for feedback. It is good to have a reminder that people are different and it allows one to get out of their head; as a healthy reminder.
