New Workout split for December 2020

Starting Dec 4th I and my teammates and anyone that comes to workout will start a push pull legs split. The push/pull/legs split is a very simple training method in which you split your body into three parts. And each part is then trained on its own separate day. In the “push” workout you train all the upper body pushing muscles, like. the chest, shoulders and triceps. This workout split is effective has it trains muscles in conjunction. For example when you are benching you use your chest, shoulders and triceps. This will be the push day and on it we will train those two muscles.
