This week I was able to challenge myself by working on my CAS project by myself without the help of the rescue center I work with. I went and looked for other stray animals in supermarkets and abandoned lots. I was able to find and give food and water to a pregnant mother dog. That felt really good because I know I can give back to the community even if it is just helping out a dog. Being able to go out of my way to help animals is one of the best feelings because I know I am helping someone or something that can’t help themselves.
