Some strengths that will really help me succeed in Costa Rica are my ability to not only be a leader but to take into consideration other people’s ideas to make my leadership even stronger. I can use this in my CAS project when I work with other organizations to help achieve my goals. I am mostly worried about the language barrier here. Since I don’t speak fluent Spanish convincing people to help me with my CAS project might cause some issues. These concerns are really just pushing me to learn Spanish faster which is going to benefit me tremendously in the IB bilingual program.
