(I decided that I will not start a new project, but instead continue one that has already been started and interests me.)

What are the goals of your project?
The goal for this is to continue a project that was started by Jack, and find a way to get more people engaged, so that it has more flow.
What are the milestones that you will need to meet to obtain those goals?
First of all I will need to have a meeting with Jack so that he can give me the keys to the board room. I also need to think of creative ideas to get people more involved and engaged. I have to think about what direction I will take with this project.
How will you know that you have succeeded?
I will know that I have succeeded when the project has flow and more people are interested in it, and want to get involved.
What is needed this week to get you started? (marketing, meetings, emails, other communication, etc.)
Meetings, and I need to brainstorm ideas of how to get the community to support and get involved in this project.
