What do you want to accomplish this trimester? Be specific.
This trimester we want to accomplish some more creative and outgoing fundraising ideas to start moving forwards with our project. These fundraisers will be crucial for some important aspects in our project such as getting the students visa, passport etc. We also want to accomplish getting to know the student a little better, so she has more confidence going with us and to create a good friendship. Our main accomplishment that we want to accomplish is raising a good amount of the money to take the student to a place she will alway remember and to experience this new culture.
What are your milestones that are necessary to accomplish those goals? Write them out and put them on a calendar. This will help hold you accountable and I can refer back to it.

Week 1- Planning fundraising ideas
Week 2- Planning and deciding final fundraising ideas/ Email people from boston
Week 3- Start selling and making money with our ideas

Week 5- try to sell stuff at school
Week 6- keep on selling stuff to fundraise
Week 7- Babysitting fundraising Post on Families of La Paz to get the idea out there
Week 8- if it goes well will continue doing this

Why are these tasks important to you and to the project?
These tasks are important to us and our project because without them we would not be able to take the student on the trip. It is also important for us to accomplish them because we want to know her better and see the joy it will bring to her because of this opportunity that she is given. Also how working hard and doing good in school can get you lots of opportunities.These tasks will also be helpful for our future and how we can accomplish things on our own and help our communities.
What are the things that are going to take more time (examples: working collaboratively, building a wall) and how will you allocate some extra time to get these larger tasks completed?
The things that we want to take during this term that takes a long time is mainly to start getting to know the girl and really know how she is since the last term was a little impossible to do, during this time we can take advantage of Ms Amy we want to see if we can already open a GoFundMe because I think that now it is easier than before because the economy is growing little by little and this can help us in a big way. Undoubtedly Steph and I would be happy if we could have the collaboration of our classmates so that they give us ideas to be able to raise money in many ways.
What is going to be fun and exciting about your project that you are looking forward to?
The most exciting thing about this project is that each time we get closer to being able to fulfill our dream which is to take this girl to the USA, from this we will be able to learn many things such as the ideas that we are trying to bring up to the table and to make some money from it.
Another fun and exciting thing is that we are now able to start making plans and to see into the future because now we are capable of starting fresh new because by that time COVID will not be an impediment. Besides that we mainly have many ideas to create and execute over time.
What are you dreading? How can you make sure you tackle this aspect of the project?
We are still fearing that we will not be able to raise all the money that we are thinking of having.
