Playoffs

We made the finals for the basketball season. The team turned out to be even better than I thought and I definitely learned a lot more than I expected I would. I ended up starting throughout pretty much the whole season and I was able to make a significant contribution to each game.

My biggest improvement skill-wise is my shooting. Even though I built a court in my backyard during Covid I never really got good at shooting but after practicing every day I have started to get the hang of it.

I have used my leadership skills but also gotten experience having a smaller role on a team. There were times when I would have an opinion contradictory to one of the captains and would keep it to myself in order to allow a drill or conversation to flow more smoothly without interruption.
