Reflection #10

What are you excited about and why?

I am excited to start this project as it is something super different and it starts with the Ib which makes you a super different person and makes you grow to be better.

What are you worried about and why?

I am worried about some tasks and exams that have a short time to study and after that the final real exams scare me alot.

How can you teachers help you? Give 3 specific examples.

They can help me give me support and words of encouragement, when I have questions just let them know and be able to answer my questions, and try to get all their support in every step that I’m going through.

What strengths do you have that will help you with the program?

The strengths that i have right now are risk taker, balanced, caring, respectful, perseverance and just keep working hard for your dreams.

Who do you look up to that went through the program and how do you create relationships with them to support you through the program?

I think I really admire Melanie and Ashley since they have worked so hard to achieve what is now day, their first language is not English so I feel more related to them, and I probably feel that their support goes beyond just words from I encourage that when I need help I can go to them to ask them questions and see if they help me when necessary.

What makes you prepared for CAS? What makes you excited about CAS? What makes you nervous about CAS?

Something that makes me feel prepared is that I have all of my bases ready in which I know what I’m doing for this project and have a plan in my mind. Something that makes me excited is meeting new people and taking them to the US, something that makes me really nervous is the VISAS part for the kids and not getting enough money to create this dream.
