Show and tell

It has been 7 weeks since the start of the trimester and the beginning of my project. During the span of these few months, my team and I have changed our project and adapted certain aspects. However, I have managed to accomplish many things during these 7 weeks. Most importantly we met with Gaby and established a firm foundation for our project. Hunter, Ava, and I also began choreographing our trio that will be shown during the recital. I am proud of the leadership and teamwork that has been demonstrated between Gaby, Hunter, Ava, and me. We have worked collaboratively together to schedule meetings, create a plan, share our opinions and create a choreography that shows our different styles. Even though we have accomplished a few things we need to work on constant communication with our mentor. We have had a few mishaps with lack of communication or not understanding each other's ideas completely. Where are you in comparison to your Gantt Chart? Are you on track? Was there anything added that you forgot about? Are you behind and why? My Gantt chart no longer shows the timeline of my project. We started the Gantt chart near the beginning of our project and our ideas, schedule, and plan have all shifted. For example, the Gantt chart says the dance performance will be in May 2022, however, we have changed the date to December and collaborated with ELEVATE. Other than not having an accurate representation of the timeline we are on track with our project. We have begun choreographing and teaching the dances to the students. As well as meeting with Gaby and establishing logistics and rules between us and her.
