Patience – This is important when forming a business or CAS project. After a long period of time, both due to problems on my side and factors out of my control, I have finally found a women who will sell me Bess Wax for a reasonable price. Patience was key over this duration of time, as I had to contact multiple sellers until I found a good partner.

Communication – This leads me into the next skill communication. This is a skill every student needs to master while doing a CAS project. It is crucial to expand you relationships, and get any help you can within the community.

Creativity – This has been the hardest skill to incorporate into my CAS project. Before the pandemic I had many big ideas like collaborations in surf contests and many more. Obviously now those goals are postponed, and its hard to come up with fun new ideas during this time.
