Spring Break Activity Journal Entry
During this break, I have been finding different ways to stay active while still social distancing. One of the things that I've done is trying out different workout videos I've seen on YouTube and TikTok. There are a lot of channels that have certain weekly workouts or different challenges that I like to try, which helps to have variety and keep things interesting. Another thing that I've done is going on walks with my mom and my dogs. Walking my dogs is almost like a workout itself because they are big and they always try to run as fast as they can, which means I usually have to run with them if I want to keep up. However, when they finally calm down, it's a really nice way to get out of the house for a bit and enjoy all the different parts of nature that I get to see. I've also been trying to walk at least 10,000 steps every day or go cycling for a bit, which is good if there's ever bad weather or my mom is busy. This is a picture with one of my dogs, Luci.
