Stakeholder Conflict matrix-Journal Entry

Analysis: My mentors-Martina and Ashley: Being able to keep my mentors satisfied is crucial for proper communication and extra help in the project, being able to have good relationships with those who are helping this project succeed is a very important factor to think of. Ms.Amy: Ms.Amy is the CAS teacher, without her I wouldn’t be able to have this project the way it is, which is going very well. Keeping my CAS teacher satisfied is extremely important to communicate on new changes, as well as an overall need for help. The Participants: The participants getting involved within my event, are my customers. Being able to have a good amount of people coming to my event is crucial for its success, so keeping them satisfied and informed about the event is the best way to keep them excited over the tournament. Sponsors:In order for my project to be at it’s best, it is very important to monitor my sponsors to see if they changed their minds or even want to help more. Being able to see what steps they will take next, is a great way to stay prepared. It is also very crucial to keep my sponsors satisfied, since they are a key factor of the vent as a whole. Landlord: Encouraging my landlord to not back out of the event is extremely important for the entire event to actually happen, staying updated with any changes coming my way from the landlord is the key for my project's success. La Municipalidad: La Municpalidad are the ones in charge of keeping the public safe and using the proper protocols needed to prevent another spread of Covid, they can be very strict with gatherings and even events, especially in Tamarindo, so being able to stay informed with their regional announcements is very important in order for my event not to be canceled. Other employees: The other employees involved within the event have been absolutely amazing in keeping the event planning in order. Encouraging my team to stay motivated and influence them into new ideas or changes, is a great way to sustain the communication but as well have a comfortable environment to work in. Another factor is to keep my employees informed, so being able to update them on new changes is a very important component of proper communication and an overall successful event.
