Stakeholder Journal entry

Encourage and influence I have a group chat with Gaby, Hunter and, Ava that allows us to communicate on a daily basis, in order to plan logistics, coordinate schedule and discuss the project in general. Keep satisfied I don't plan on communicating with the IB much because they only influence the type of work I submit for evaluation. The same goes for the government. It is a one-sided communication. Rather than us informing and communicating with the Stakeholder, we are the ones that need to be informed just in case there is a change in regulations and requirements. Keep informed - Dancers parents: I have a WhatsApp group with Gaby and their parents in order to coordinate practices and times. - Our parents: I talk to my mom throughout the week in order to schedule carpool and driving restrictions due to COVID 19. - Dancers: I talk to my dancers every practice and discuss the recital plan. Monitor Chanelle, Cinthia, and Kerry have hardly any power over our project, but we still need to have constant communication with them because they are part of the recital. I plan to communicate with them, on the days I am at the Studio.
