Stakeholders

The current values of my project are to educate students regarding math and improve their confidence regarding math. For me I value creating a space that effectively reaches the goals of my project in an enjoyable way for the student and where I can share my passion for math. The group of stakeholders for my project include My parents, Miss Amy, High School Students, High School Parents, High School math teachers, and the school. Communication Plan School: I will continue to ask the school for permission to have my tutoring sessions in person at school and assure that I am following COVID guidelines to create the greatest possibility of success. Teachers: I will continue to ask teachers for students that may need help as well as inform them on progress made with specific students. Additionally, ask for any help with understanding the curriculum if needed. Miss Amy: I will continue to write journal entries for Miss Amy and keep her up to date with changes, innovations, and successes within my project. Students: I will attempt to communicate my goals, and sell my CAS project to them throughout the next few trimesters. As well as attempt to identify specific people who need help and create a place that they feel comfortable to ask for it. My Parents: I will keep my parents informed on important changes in my CAS project as well as highs and lows.
