Stakeholders

Stakeholder communication plan: - Miss Amy: Continue to be present in class, complete journal entries so she knows what is going on, and consult with her whenever is necessary. Remember not to be afraid to ask questions. - Alex: Use any means of communication such as WhatsApp, emails, or in-person meetings in order to have a clear idea of what is going on. Remember to set clear expectations so both of us know what should be completed, and always let her know if something feels wrong. Don't hesitate to ask questions and remember to use her as a mentor and guide. - Mr. Abel: Remain clear about main events and news for the Feria, emails, and occasional meetings to get him up to speed so everyone is satisfied. Make sure to check with him about more important matters (signs, money, spaces, etc...) but not bother him with small decisions that can be made by the group. - Parent Volunteers: Use WhatsApp and our meetings to communicate clearly, and remember to ask for help when necessary. Include everyone in decisions and remember to distribute the work evenly!! (remind myself that I can count on all these people to help when I am busy.) - Andrea: Use Andrea as a great tool to learn from and make the advertising better. Keep up with emails to make sure she knows about the plan and can receive her input. - Vendors: ALWAYS be communicating clearly in both languages so that expectations are clear and vendors feel they have all the information necessary. Continue to send reminders on Whatsapp, and personally check-in and talk to them on Wednesdays!
