Summer Journal Entries

Creativity Over this summer I did many things that I would consider creative but one thing that I am very proud of was making my own workout routine. Over this summer the person that usually makes our workout split (workout routine) left for college so I decided to try and make one before he left. When making this split I used all of my knowledge that I had learned while working out and made my very own split. This was a big jump from just learning from a “teacher” to actually applying what I have learned and Creatively making my very own routine. This Connects to the CAS learning outcome #2, Basically learning from experience. I think this way because now that I have made one split my following one that I will make will be even better because I can apply what I have learned during this split and further apply to the following one. This connects to the IB learner profile traits through knowledgeable because as stated before I am gaining knowledge to apply in the future.
