Sustain

In order to make this project keep going after I move on and leave the country, I want to make sure that the next generation is capable of handling a project this rigorous and being able to balance is out with the IB program. It is important that the next generation knows how to communicate and work collaboratively with one another. For me, at the start of this project, I wasn’t quite sure how to communicate efficiently with my peers or work effectively with others in general. So I then developed these skills over time through the help of my team. Because this project is so important to me and has been a huge part of my life in Costa Rica, I want to make sure that the next generation is prepared to take over a project this challenging, and have the qualities in the beginning so that this project can go as smoothly as possible for the next generation.
