• Connect ocean as a company already has good exposure in the community.
• Dedicated team members/staff.
• Working alone.

Weaknesses:

• High operating costs.
• Working alone.
• No funds yet.

Opportunities:

• Allows for the community to get involved with projects.
• Actively improves and sustains our local oceans and ecosystems.
• Informs and includes other businesses around the country. 
• Works with locals to improve the systems in place and create sustainability.

Threats:

• Environmental (weather and ocean).
• Boat malfunction.
• IB time management.
• Other extracurriculars.
• National laws pertaining to covid, or ocean conservation.
