SWOT analysis

Objective: To be able to provide scholarships and dance opportunities for kids that don’t have them. 

Analysis 

Being a group can be challenging and difficult but our strengths such as communication and teamwork will allow us to overcome any obstacle we face. 

We are a new project with little awareness and promotion: The three of us combined have had multiple experiences, whether they be related to the project or not. These experiences will allow us to expand our project and create community involvement and interest. 

Have no Funds: Our communication, organization, and location will help us gain funds for our project. Communication and organization skills will allow us to communicate with the community or specific sponsors. Our location and relationship with the community will allow us to make contact with people from different places and classes. 

Age: Because we are young and still teenagers the people who we choose to work with might perceive us as unreliable or not trustworthy. They also might underestimate our ability to fulfill the requirements of the project. 

Good connections with ELEVATE: It is a great opportunity that we are close with the owner of Elevate and that we have approval from them to work with us because it will give us easier communication and opportunities in the future.   

New project: Because this is a new project we are just starting there are a lot of details to work out and questions we still have on how to proceed with this project.
