During class today we talked about risks we might face during the time doing our seperate projects. We talked about the probability of said problem happening and its severity.
The principle problem that I face is theft. what happens if the trash bins get stolen? if this were to happen, there will be an impact in the budget since metalframing them is not as cheap. not only the bins, but the bags also have this risk, although both have a somewhat low probability, the bins have a greater severity than the bags. the bags don’t cost as much, and even if one or two are shoplifted, it does’t affect the budget as much.
Another problem i face is miscommunication. i can mostly face miscommunication with the boy scouts where said activities are postponed or i miss on telling them updates on changes in dates. and the other miscommunication is on the trash bins. what happens if trash isnt collected and who is collecting it if we’re not there. that is something that has to be planned.
