T2 Week 2 Update on Bins

Although nothing has been done with the bins thus far, there is now two sets ready to be placed. we already have one area figured out. while the plecment of the other is still being thouhg of.

one thing that might happen is getting the boy scouts to paint on them before setting them up, although this still needs to be talked through.

the bins do come with two barrels, one for common trash an the other for anything recyclable, which is where the recycle center comes back into play. we will be sending the recycling bins bags to said center, for obvious reason.

We still dont know how many more trash stations we will place in brasilito, but hopefully we can get enough to keep the beaches clean.
