T2 week 3

At school this week I looked at the two greenhouse gardens that are run by the younger grades. Because they hadn’t been regularly going into the school they are overgrown and uncared for. I talked with Ms. Amy about getting in touch with the teacher that is in charge of them to see what we can do. However, because of Covid, there is no mixing of each grade so I won’t be able to work with any students but that will change eventually. Something that I am experiencing is that I need to work on continuing to follow up with communication when I don’t get a response. This relates to self-management as well because I need to stay on top of any ongoing conversations I am part of. This is a good skill to have for communicating with other teachers for other classes and in general.
