T3 week 1, backwards planning

the major impact I want to accomplish with my CAS project over the next few months is to clearly reduce the amount of palstic being thrown into the beaches and the wildlife itself. the same goes to reduce the amount of plastic bags in the area. the actions i plan to take is to increase the amount of bins around the area and further expand the overall affected area. also market the bags so that people know my intentions and would like to help. the people who are currently helping me are members of the brasilito community and my mum, and also anyone who purchases a bag. for my internal stakeholders they get to see a change in the community they live in and helping cause that change. the other stakeholder are those who purchase the bags, they understand the overall danger plastic bags give to the wildlife and they get to be part of the change no matter if they live in or outside of brasilito.

Of course over the past year my cas project has been kinda halted due to the current pandemic. I’m still working with my internal stakeholders to keep this project running and actually achieve the change i want to cause within the community. this has caused me to postpone events that require a multitude of people and as so it has affected the project. some things are finally getting to be possible and they moght happen soon but this has to be seen given the new cases in the community.
