Taking On New Challanges

Some new challenges I had to take on were those of teaching and being able to clearly get my ideas across to those I was teaching so that my choreography could come out as I envisioned it. Another challenge was communication, at times we were unclear with little things like when we are teaching and who was coming each week that could have been communicated better. One success with communication is that we were able to make a group chat that we share all our thoughts on with our mentor which connects to the IB learner profile of communicators. It is important to think through these challenges for our project management and so we can make sure we are doing our project to the best of our ability, and putting thought and care into it. This connects to the IB learner profile as balanced because we are balanced in recognizing our challenges and overcoming them. I am excited to take on new challenges and use them to not only move forward with the project planned currently but also learn from them if we decide to do a show later in our CAS journey. I added a fail video of our dance to show that even in our rehearsals we are constantly working through new challenges.
