True Colors Journal Entry

Explain, what did you take away from reflecting on your own personal color style and that of others in the group? In my personal opinion that took me away was how the color blue represents was the joys and how blue likes doing something for others also being understood. Other example was the values how little things in life are important What observations can you make about the type of personal styles that we have as a group? As a group we have many different personal styles as some of them make the team more active,others more organized and also creative. Is there a complementary color to yours? Explain which one and why. Im blue but I really complementary with orange because they have energy and keeps people active as blue could also hel orange because blue has creative and listening skills What are ways we can take this information into our work in class or in our CAS projects to work collaboratively in positive ways? We could take this information in our CAS project because we could use those advantages to help us in our project and they could solve problems during the project for example blue has creativity and we need that to make things go well.
