Week 2 HR Remote Learning Reflection

This week I had to do an activity that helps me focus is exercising and over the past few weeks I have been injured on my left knee. I could tell it impacted my focus in school so for this week during my focus training I decided I would stretch for 10-15 minutes a day while I focus on my breathing; It would allow me to get back to health quicker, prevent another injury and the meditating would allow me to focus and get my mind right.

This week during the focus activity I had to push myself to do the stretches and meditation. Specifically on the second day, as it was hard to push myself; I typically can push myself and motivate myself to do whats good foe me, however, this was stretching and meditating something that did not excite me one bit. I typically do stretch and I know how important it is. But typically I would have a workout to look forward to during the stretch and this time it was just a stretch. However, I pulled through and I saw the progress at the end of the week. Which is why I believe I have earned the right to say I faced a challenge and conquered it this week.
