Week 2 Reflection of the Human Resource RL assignment

This is week I feel that I earned that CAS learning outcome that is "challenge and skills". This is because I challenged myself to go above and beyond in my assignment this week. This week I had to find a feeling that my audience might be experiencing and explore it further and find an activity that might help to combat that feeling. The. feeling I chose was stress as these are stressful times especially to small businesses; then I was to find an activity that would help combat this feeling. Seeing this I chose to push myself and not only find a cool activity but to also back up why the activity combats stress. I began researching and found many activities to pick from, however, I wanted it to be related to my skillset so that I could better apply it to my intended audience. One activity that met both criteria was exercise and as someone that does that a lot I thought it was perfect. Here are some websites that prove it: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/exercise-and-stress/art-20044469 https://adaa.org/understanding-anxiety/related-illnesses/other-related-conditions/stress/physical-activity-reduces-st I then had to find or create a workout that was not lengthy, could be done with limited space, and no equipment. This drove me to the conclusion of doing a core/abs workout. I typically use an app called the "Nike Training Center" and I thought it would be a good idea to prove the app and its workouts were effective and after a few minute of research I found that is was excellent(https://www.businessinsider.com/nike-training-club-how-to-use-workout-app-2018-8). Afterwards I searched the app and found a perfect workout "The Quick Core Crush" that met all required criteria. I enjoyed pushing myself and applying my skillset to this assignment as I finished I felt a sense of relief as I know I tried my best to give my audience the best I can do.
