The meeting on Wednesday was extremely effective and efficient.
We created a SWOT analysis for our first event. We created our outline for the event and made an agenda for our extra meeting on Sunday at Oliver's house. The extra meeting was formed because we needed more time together to get some things done.
We started to explore the 7 Ps of marketing a service project.
This was all done in an hour and a half with the boys being extremely focused!
