Update: What did I do this week?
What did I do this week?
The steps that were taken by myself, in order to move forward within this project were the three meetings I had over the last weekend regarding, the videographer for the event, discussing specifics with the owner of the location I will be hosting at and finally speaking with one of my mentors, Martina Trimarchi and the founder of “Salve Monos” to find more donations for the event such as supplies, speakers, entertainment center and more. These couple meetings have really helped my project get off the ground since different aspects in my project are actually being worked on by my staff and as well as myself to make sure that everything goes as planned when the event is actually happening. Some easy parts that I went through this week was actually meeting with everyone I needed to see, since I live near all of my Staff and mentors, which is extremely practical for me to keep the wheels turning for this event. I am very thankful to those who have willingly asked and volunteered to help, the people I am currently working with are so supportive and motivational to me, to make sure my event is perfect, which I can’t even express how much gratitude I have towards them. Some tricky aspects of this week that I had to overcome was trying to figure out how the videographer will be able to film since the weather is the independent variable of my event because if it rains, we have to be prepared to have the equipment be secure or water proof for there not be any complications.
