What is happening in my project?

This week, discuss what you have done the past two weeks of your project. How have you grown and changed through the process of these actions? It can be a micro change but analyze your growth and development because of your actions. Throughout the last two weeks, the goal for my project has been communicating with my team and really trying to amp up the vendors and the customers at the Feria each week. Since the start of this trimester, it has been a little slower with fewer vendors and turn out from the community, but last week we had great success, which hopefully will continue on in the future. A big goal of mine recently has been being able to ask for outside help from my team members, especially with the marketing. It has been a little too much for me to handle sometimes so this has been a great change in pace and I have been trying to delegate more so I am not the primary person in charge. I came up with a google sheet, which we can use so that everyone is on the same page and we can assign different tasks and ideas for marketing. What are the next steps for the upcoming 2 weeks? The next two weeks I really want to focus on advertising, and my marketing video. I want to come up with a great video so that I can use it both for class and for the vendors to get more publicity so it can be sent out to the community. I also have been working on a google form to send out to the community so we are able to get feedback from customers on how they feel about the feria in comparison to ferias in the past before covid. It is really important to complete this market research so that we as a team know what we need to work on! If we do not know what the community thinks, then we have nothing to go on but our own instincts. This google form is a quick couple of questions and I am planning to post it on Facebook, Instagram, the Newsletter and Whatsapp chats. Evidence: New vegetable vendor we brought to the feria.
