Previously, I discussed how I had to acquire a new skill to use constructive criticism when training. I believe I have bettered myself in this area. I am now able to better give criticism to my peers. I noticed I had gotten better when one of my teammates told me after a workout thank you for pushing him. It reassured me that I was still doing a good job teaching. Made me feel good and made me realize that I had acquired a new skill.
I am building on my skills all throughout my project. I am bettering my communication skills and I am typically a lot more patient. This applies to teaching and lifting. I can carry these strengths to every aspect of my life outside of my CAS project.
