Cepia Christmas Party

Two things that I am crazy about are traveling, music and swimming. I love discovering new places and learning about new people and cultures. I find it so interesting to learn about all the different people around the world and so important to be knowledgeable about different cultures. I also love music, I think it is a great outlet and way to calm down or get excited or achieve any mood that is necessary for a certain situation. Swimming is my outlet for stress. It helps me release negative energy and gain positive energy, destress and clear my mind.

I have helped with this project for 8 years. I have seen it grow and develop and I just want to help it to continue doing that. I hope that this year the project is succesful and doesn't only help the 600 kids but also helps all the volunteers. I hope it inspires others to help people around them and try and create their own projects like this. I hope that the 600 kids we help love their gifts and have a happy holiday and life. I also want all the volunteers and helpers to feel accomplished, insipred and satisfied by the project we completed.

Two skills that I have mastered are organization and delegating. I am really good at ensuring that all tasks get done in an orderly and effective manner this is really helpful for my project because it is based on planning events and ensuring that they are properly organized. I am also good at ensuring that all necessary people are involved and doing what they need to be doing in order for us to succeed. Delegating in situations is my strong suit. Once again this is helpful for my project because there are several different people that are involved and need to be directed in order to complete the project in the most effective​ manner.
