My goal is to create a basketball team for younger kids in my community. I am looking to create an enjoyable and worthwhile experience for young kids while also teaching them basketball so they can improve their skills.
I Love sports and hanging out with my friends. I love both of these things because I love to be social and talk with new/ different people all the time, I also love games, strategy and problem solving.
What I Do:
Some skills that I have are the ability to play basketball and I can communicate well with other people. Ive been playing basketball for over 8 years and still practice over 2 times a week to this day. Communication has always been something that Ive been decently good at and every sense i've gotten to high school I have talked a lot with new people and I feel that my people skills have gotten a lot better.
What I Want:
Something that I want to get out of this project is the skill to teach. Teaching is a lifetime skill that think is really important no matter how old or where you are you can always teach people something new. Another skill I want to learn is marketing. Marketing either works or it doesn't so learning and making mistakes while marketing now is very good so that ill make less mistakes the more I do it.
