Ocean Is Not A Dump

Team Name/Location

Ocean Is Not A Dump, Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Our team is going to work in several communities in the province of Guanacaste to raise awareness and act against ocean pollution. We will do this by organizing clean-ups, placing trash cans in local beaches, making workshops in schools and other organizations, and approaching local businesses to get them to change from plastic straws to metallic straws.

What I like:
Aquatic sports and soccer. These are different sports that are very entertaining to practice and watch. It is entertaining to watch 22 people kicking a ball and trying to score as well as doing this. Aquatic sports may involve surf, skimboard, scuba diving...
What I Do:
I can easily adapt to new and different ideas, as well as developing a new idea that I have. I can easily create objectives and try to achieve them.
What I Want:
I want to reduce ocean pollution and make an impact in the local communities. I want my project to be known as the responsible for making the are look cleaner and making a small impact on the fight for climate change.
