My goal with project is to create a theater and writing community within my school. I aim to organize, direct, perform plays and write, teach, and encourage student actors and writers.
I love creating. I love writing and performing. The risk that comes with expressing yourself creativity is thrilling. When I'm writing and performing I fall into a new world. I get to experience new stories and new perspectives. I get to write them and I get to become apart of them. The feeling of putting my pen to paper or the heat from the lights makes my eyes sparkle and my heart leap with joy.
What I Do:
I can communicate and listen. Through writing and acting I've learned what it means to communicate and how to communicate with other people. I've also learned how to show and use empathy. I am good at listening because of these skills.
What I Want:
I want to create a new opportunity for teenagers to express themselves and to explore new creative outlets. Additionally I want to create a theater community within the La Paz Community.
