Project Vanilla, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Project Vanilla is based on creating my own unique, perfectly moist vanilla cake. My objectives for this project are: 1. To learn and read about developing recipes, more specifically vanilla cakes. 2. Baking without a recipe and learning how to alter my baked goods the next time. 3. Accepting that it will take a lot of trial and error. This project, if successful, will have a lasting impact on me and my business because I will have, one, learned and experienced how to develop recipes, and two, will now have an amazing vanilla recipe that I can use for the rest of my life.

What I like:
I love to bake! I am obsessed with Grey's Anatomy, playing games and I also enjoy tennis. Baking gives me a sense of calmness with its precise and perfect measurements, I am a perfectionist!!
What I Do:
I have become a skilled baker, I have found my go-to recipes, styles, and techniques that work for me, and now I have even created a name and brand for myself.
What I Want:
In this project I want to create my own vanilla cake recipe, I want to learn and experience cake development, and see the science of it all in front of me!
