Are we alone? Does it matter?

I think that blueprints of the blue earth can be found on other planets. For example, Mars. Some scientists believe that there had been traces of water and oxygen on Mars until it all disappeared. Planets with the exact same conditions as Earth may be existing right now but they are probably far away. Or, they might have existed long ago but climates have changed. However, I still think that we are not alone. There might be different types of life on other planets. Life may not look the same as us humans. They might look smaller, bigger, different colors, etc. Our eyes might not be able to see them. Overall, I think that considering life on other planets is interesting because it could give us more insight into life here on Earth and other planets. Exploring other planets may also help humans live longer if Earth becomes uninhabitable.

This is interesting, as highly sanitized NASA space crafts that carried the space rovers on Mars still contained bacteria from earth that survived, which disproves any argument that meteors kill bacteria when they land on other planets. This further continues the theory that octopi are extraterrestrial as they do not share DNA codes with any other species.
