Bioengineering Biophilic Cities

If I were to build a city from scratch and nature I would need to have the perfect place. In the city you would want to have a sufficient amount of water available. In minecraft, you would look for a plains biome that has flat areas, which are good to build houses on, and they have a good amount a trees around and water near the surface. In real life you would want a mostly flat surface to build a hose for the most stability. Having trees around are very beneficial because they help with pollution and it can help with mental health. When building, leave as much trees as you can so that you can use them when you need them again and plant a tree as often as possible. That way you can keep as much as the natural land as possible. This way you can have a beautiful and functional city.

Hello JD, I think you did a great job on this! I totally agree with you that you would need the perfect place to build a city as you would need water to supply everyone, and that you should build in an area that is flat as it would have the strongest structures for buildings.

Hi, I think you did a good job in maintaining a healthy environment by keeping as many trees as possible. I like the detail that trees helping with pollution and health. I also agree that cities need basic survival needs (water, air, food…)

Hi, I totally agree with you to plant as many trees as possible in your city. You can use them as filters to filter the air in the city. I also agree that you would want to build a house in a flat area for stability. I think your city would be good. Good Job!!!
