Bioengineering Biophilic Cities

If I was to create the perfect place for a bioengineered biophilic city I would choose some place very flat surfaced and has water around and a lot of forrest and green areas. I would almost want the city to look and have everything that the changi airport waterfall would have and look like because it looks very modern but it also includes greenery and has trees in it too. Also if you were to look at Minecraft as an example we can see that many times people would build in areas where there is flat ground, or things around such as water and a lot of trees.
