Cannibal Stars and Science

It was really interesting to learn about how scientists use the stars to determine the different distances between the Earth and them. One of the methods used to find this distance is the Parallax method. I think it would be really cool to learn how to use these methods and find out the answers myself. Even though it’s less accurate, I think the Hertzprung-Russell method is the most effective because this method can cover far larger distances, unlike the parallax method.
