Climate Change

For many years I have heard about climate change on the news, at school, and even in the conversations around me. However, until the lessons in Biobeyond, I did not know a lot about climate change. The most I knew about it was that our planet is slowly getting warmer because the harmful gasses in the air known as greenhouse gasses are breaking down the atmosphere that protects us from the sun. However, as time goes on and the more that the people of earth are not careful and not aware of their surroundings the earth is only going to continue getting hotter. I have heard how people around the world are affected by climate change and global warming because of how hot some countries can get. I have also heard how there are different advocates that are working to help slow climate change or else it will be irreversible by the 2030s which could have drastic effects.
