CRISPR response

If used incorrectly, I do think CRISPR could end up leading to modern eugenics in the wrong hands or with the wrong idea. But it could also be extremely useful in helping those who need it. Who will decide which traits are good and bad? The parents, the scientists, politicians? This could even lead to full-on designer babies. If this is only available to the wealthy, it may lead to fewer/no accommodations in places for wealthier people, and discrimination against the disabled may grow greater and greater. The technology itself is a wonderful thing but it is concerning what could happen if it fell into the wrong hands. I mean, if this technology was around 100 years ago during N*zi Germany, it would have definitely gone wrong, so we must take great and extensive measures to make sure that will not happen.
