Does Orange Juice Reduce Stress?

I love oranges and I eat them quite regularly. However, whether or not they reduce stress is hard to tell. Yes, eating oranges gives me serotonin because I like the taste of them. But I find that eating something doesn’t really provide lasting relief from stress. Usually when I am stressed, I either do what is making me stressed (for example my homework) or I exercise. Exercise helps me to release my stress extremely well, so that’s my main outlet for stress.
