George Washington Carver

I learned about George Washington Carver and the effect that he had on in the united states. He was one of the only scientists in his time that studied the effects of soil depletion and how it could affect growing food and materials. He learned that most plants take nitrogen and other vitamins from the soil that he found soybeans and peanuts could reproduce. By doing this, the soil would be able to bring vitamins and nitrogen back into the soil. He also created many inventions like peanut butter and oil as uses for planting peanuts and soybeans. He was not only able to find a way to fix the problem but also find what to do with the surplus amount of peanut products.

Hi, haydenknudsen- George Washington Carver was one of the scientists where I could not believe the sort of contributions that he made to the world because they are so glanced over. His invention of creating nutrient-dense soil to help aid crops is admirable, and the creation of peanut butter is one very appreciated.
