Hard work and Luck

I believe that both luck and hard work have contributed to my success in life. I have seen my hours of studying to try to get straight A’s turn out to be a success. Last year I dedicated myself to do my best in school and it paid off. I got a plaque for “Student of the year” at the end of my eighth-grade year. It might seem like only hard work contributed to my success but luck was apart of it. I was lucky to find encouraging friends and to find a great teacher. In my own life, I can see that both had an effect on my life.
