A hospital in space sounds like a really good idea, mostly because it would make sure that astronauts stay healthy. The problem would be that the problem that astronauts would have, the medical team would have as well.

Hello Leonardo! I agree. It would definitely help the astronauts. But if we train astronauts with medical knowledge, and have 1-2 specific medical astronauts, they should be able to help the astronauts as well as themselves. 🙂

A hospital in space can be a good idea for the astronauts that are living in the space station, however, the crew usually consists of a medical expert if not two. The supplies that are given to these people usually have some kind of medical equipment if something bad happens to someone. While yes, a hospital can be good and hold some benefits, it isn’t really necessary because of the crew’s knowledge of being prepared for worst case scenario.
