When astronauts go to space there are a lot of different things that could go wrong especially injuries.This could be very expensive to carry tons of different medical equipment and even the medical professionals that go on these missions. Different types of medical equipment can also be used for different things which is something that could help the engineers and astronauts when they think about the rocket’s design and weight limits. Because of how expensive medical equipment and technology is, this challenge allows for medical professionals and engineers to think of new ways to use a limited amount of supplies for many uses and procedures as possible.

I agree, it will be very difficult to develop ways to treat medical problems in space because of weight, cost, and lack of space. I think it will be a problem for the expense of medical equipment, but also the cost to send that equipment to space could be a problem in itself. I think it will be crucial for scientists to think of creative ways to make medical equipment compact or serve multiple purposes, but if they can solve these problems it could make space travel safer, easier, and available to more people than just people in good health.
