The times I get stressed out is when a lot of things are happening at once. Whether it be a lot of people talking at once, a bunch of school work, or even a bunch of scheduled things. Normally when this happens, I shut down, cry, get mad at people easily, and can’t eat without feeling like throwing up after. This took up a lot of my day and I realized how much time I was wasting. I quickly looked up ways to manage stress and tried them all to see which works best for me. The thing that helps me the most is music and rest. I just take a break from everything, lay in my bed, and play calming music. Aromatherapy helps me too!! Scents like lavender and eucalyptus help me the most.

Wow! This seems like a good idea, I should try both of these methods. Do you use a candle or a spray machine for aromatherapy? I enjoyed reading this and seeing how you can positively lessen stress!
