I think that we can all agree that being stressed is not very fun. If you are stressed, certain actions can make you less stressed. For example, if you are stressing about one thing, you can think about how big that this problem is. Most likely, you will realize that the problem isn’t that major. Another thing to remember is that it will be okay. No matter what happens, the sun will rise in the morning.

Oh yeah, this reminds me sometimes when I am really stressed about something, such as a school project. Then something else comes up and I do that/ pay attention to that. Then when I come back to the school project it is like I have a new perspective on it. This does not happen all the time, but when it does I am like “Okay you need to do this even if you do not want to.” Basically it is important to take a break once in a while.
